I’ve had better stays on the past

I’ve stayed her a lot and never had issues but the room I was put in this time had an issue with the door which sometimes it would not fully shut and would be open which is dangerous. I did flag it up at reception and they sent someone to have a look but I think having me put in a different room would have been better as it is dangerous. The room was extremely cold as well. I had to buy a hot water bottle and that didn’t really help either

The locatuon of this hotel for the station is ideal. The staff were very friendly and helpful and looked cheery and approachable. The bed was very comfy with just the right amount of pillows (2) An all round lovely hotel that i would definitely recommen d.

Fantastic location, rooms were spacious and clean ( we had the family room) lots of towels, our room looked on to the train station we heard trains throughout the night , ear plugs were provided if you needed them we didn't and we all slept soundly .. will definitely stay here again

Lovely hotel nice convenient location but couldn’t sleep with the noise from the trains all night even with the suppled ear plugs also rooms very hot as the air con is switched off at certain times of the year

Nice looking, modern hotel with a cool and friendly vibe but we were really disappointed by our room. We came home at 11pm to the room at 25 degrees. We were offered a small fan and suggested that we opened the window. A combination of the warmth, noise from outside (due to having the window open) and the mattress feeling like a bouncy castle we had a terrible nights sleep.
