Enjoyed my stay at this hotel! So clean, tidy and so queit! Was able to sleep well with no noises coming from the trains going past. Loved the room services with a daily room refresh and changing our towels everyday. I would say on one note to leave instructions on the side on how to use the coffee machine and to clean the plastic container filled with water. But other than that, I loved my stay here, would definitely book in with you guys again😊

Good hotel and location

Great location close to the train station. Good choice for breakfast and overall I would have no problem staying here on my next trip to London.

Nice hotel in good location

Good hotel close to the train station and easy to get in and out of London. Glad of the aircon on such a hot weekend. Breakfast was great and staff friendly. Only issue is we could have done with some drawers in the room to store our clothes but other than that we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

The service was bad (asked for a couple of things we ran out of in the room and never received them; no one picked up the phone when called and then seemed to hang up too stop calling; no one at the reception ever acknowledged us as we were going out or coming in - extremely surly or preoccupied with chitchat; employees also never even acknowledged us when stepping out of the elevator!). The breakfast was decent. The location was very good as it was just across the street from the Piccadilly line so very convenient. There are a couple of grocery stores in the proximity (eg Tesco, Lidl). Unfortunately, not too many good restaurants around. But if you just sleep the night and then go explore the city elsewhere anyway, you’ll be fine.

The reception staff were so helpful. This was a very last minute booking so they were very accommodating and friendly. The hotel room was very spacious and clean and had everything you’d need for a short stay. The breakfast was also very good and had plenty of options.

Disgusting Experience – Avoid! This was honestly one of the worst hotel stays I’ve ever had. The room had none of the standard amenities – no cotton pads, no shower cap, no fridge. Worst of all, the room stank of sewage as soon as we walked in. The hallway on the first floor was just as bad. I reported it to reception and was told the cleaner had “forgotten to put bleach down.” What a ridiculous excuse – bleach doesn’t fix that kind of smell. After returning from a night out at 1am with my daughter, the room was unbearable. I went to reception and was told the only option was a basement room. The hallway still stank, but the room was slightly better – tiny, though, barely enough space to move. The staff member even took us into an occupied room by mistake where two people were sleeping! We were finally moved, but no help was given with our luggage – at 2:30am, just me and my daughter. Next day, I asked to speak to the general manager. A staff member gave me an email and said he’d pass it on – clearly fobbing me off. No reply. We requested cleaning – the bed was made, but the rubbish was left, bathroom still dirty, and the used coffee cup untouched. This place is a joke. Calling it Fawlty Towers would be kind. Spend your money elsewhere – you’ve been warned!
