Äskettäin uusittu huoneisto on sisustettu nykyaikaiseen tyyliin korkeatasoisesti. Remontointiin sisältyy uudet tammepuulattiat, uusi king-size-vuode, uudet keittiöyksiköt, äänieristetyt kaksoisikkunat, iso seinälle asennettu tv ja uusi kylpyhuone, jossa on japanilainen tyyli wc. Ylellisyysstandardit, kannettava turvallinen rakennus, upea sijainti Lontoon keskustassa, josta on helppo pääsy linja-autoon (pysäkki on aivan rakennuksen ulkopuolella) ja metroasemat lyhyen kävelymatkan päässä - lähimmät metroasemat ovat Kensington High Street ja Notting Hill. Tämä on ihanteellinen huoneisto yöpyä. Ennen kunnostusta vuonna 2018 vieraat kehuivat upean sijainnin ja viehättävän asunnon kanssa. Nyt se on kunnostettu ja jopa viiden tähden standardeja. Gem in the perfect location

I am thrilled that I chose this property to stay in for the week for myself and two teenagers. It was super clean, had everything we needed and the location can’t be any better. Close to shopping, public transport (tube and bus) restaurants and grocery stores. It’s minutes walk from Kensington palace and Hyde park which I walked through in the mornings for some peace and nature - nice way to get to Harrods! We spent every day exploring the city and it was easy and peaceful to be back in this part of London each night. It’s a quiet and beautiful neighborhood - nice for a stroll and cool, traditional pubs. Lina the property manager is extremely responsive, organized and kind. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience overall and would recommend this to any single, couple or small family like ours. True gem in London!

Otima localização e facil acesso de onibus e metrô para os principais pontos turisticos da cidade. Lojas e supermercados muito próximos l. Cozinha com utensilhos para o preparo de refeicoes rápidas. Alina é super atenciosa com retornos rápidos às questoes requisitadas. Muito bom o custo beneficio considerando os oadroes Londrinos. Voltando à Londres será minha preferência de hospedagem.

A week in Kensington.

Property was as described and v comfortable for 2. Lina allowed us to check in early which was v helpful after an overnight flight. She checked with us regularly even though we had no issues- v considerate. Location is excellent.

Very centrally located near Circle Line—10 minutes walk. Clean and modern. Great bed and quiet. Best part was the host, Lina, who was very responsive. Grocery and several nice restaurants nearby. Nice washer/dryer. We would stay there again in a minute!

City Haven

We were in London for 8 days and Lina’s apartment was,a perfect fit for us. Communication was easy and clear. She was there to greet us and to show us the amenities of the apartment which was well equipped, beautifully decorated and clean. The apartment proved to be a great location for easy access to the tube and in walking distance for so many parks, shops, restaurants and places of historical signifcance. Lina supplied us with sufficient fresh fruits, coffee, tea, bread and other supplies to get us started on our 8 day stay in London. She also graciously had a lovely flower arrangement to acknowledge my 75th birthday. Perfect hostess. Perfect apartment. Perfect location. Who could ask for more? S and J

Very well-appointed pied-a-terre in Kensington

More than a studio, this property had a very nice, modernized bathroom with shower, washer/dryer and Japanese-style toilet, and a tiny but functional kitchen. A very comfortable bed and seating area furnished the main room, with lots of storage room. The building, with a doorman on duty, is equally convenient to Notting Hill and Kensington High Street underground stations, with a bus stop just outside and within an easy walk to coffee shoos, restaurants and shopping. A short five minute walk brought us into leafy Kensington Gardens. Lina had thought of every traveler’s need, down to a sewing kit! Her communications made us feel welcome before and throughout our visit. She and her assistant could not have been more helpful. My husband and I really enjoyed staying at this property and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, safe and convenient London location. When our travels take us to London again we’ll definitely stay here.

Property is a small well designed ground floor flat . It is perfect for two people who are on the go

The High Street Kensington neighborhood is lovely and safe. Kensington gardens and palace are a short walk. Notting Hill tube station is one of two within a 10 minute walk providing access to all of of London. Lina is a wonderful and responsive hostess. I would highly recommend this property.

My husband and I have lived in London 5 different times for 3 month each time, so we know London pretty well. This was a nostalgia trip and flat was perfect for our needs. The location was excellent! The flat was quiet and safe. Lina was a wonderfully helpful host. We fully intend on another visit to London in a year, and this is our number one choice of property to let. Can't wait to return!

Lina’s property was amazing! Cozy and had a great location

My partner and I had a terrific time staying at Lina’s property. The space was clean and cozy and Lina was kind enough to stock a few groceries for our arrival. I also loved the location of the apartment it was easy to get around and Lina was extremely helpful in answering any questions we had. My partner and I will definitely be looking to stay again in the near future!
