Despite emailing in advance we were not allocated connecting rooms . The rooms themselves were a good size , but they were overwhelmingly warm , despite the air conditions which did little to improve the room temperature . The bath room was a nice size but the sink was chipped and stained . The toilet room was really small even for a petite person like myself and every time you entered you knocked the toilet rolls off . The kettle did not switch off and over boiled and in the fridge there was opened milk . The concierge staff were very friendly and helpful and the reception was very bright and welcoming.

The property was good , apart from the noise from the train line.I would go back again.The price of they food was expensive and not enough variety, a bit boring.

We stayed at the hotel overnight ready for my hospital appointment at kings college hospital Monday morning we were very pleased with our stay at this hotel we had a very pleasant time and we would definitely stay again
