We stayed at the Pan Pacific London to celebrate New Year’s Eve. The spa facilities are amazing, the rooms very comfortable with great views, and the staff overwhelmingly friendly. The breakfast is delicious as well.

Like - the establishment had everything I expect from a 5 star hotel. Dislike - this was a family trip and the dining options were limited. Decided to dine at the Ginger Lily lounge and found the menu to be very limited and not suitable for young children.
