Stayed 2 years ago and hotel and the stay was not as good as previous. Shower gel and shampoo containers in shower completely empty Breakfast on both mornings poor. Adjoining tables needed clearing throughout breakfast. Long delay )25 mins ) for ordered breakfast. When it arrived, one breakfast was wrong order and other the poached eggs were undercooked when we asked for well done. Many staff were very helpful and friendly so it’s a shame this is not consistent.

This property is beautiful. The service is absolutely 5 star. We were slightly disappointed when the kids pool hours were very limited, and we had to plan our days around the hours that our kids could enjoy the amenities. We also had a room where the air conditioning stopped working. They sent a technician right away, and although they were able to temporarily fix the problem, our room became warm again and the air con stopped working for the last 2 days of our trip.
