Had asked to have towels changed and garbage removed, towels replaced, but garbage wasnt touched. Also had issues with the air conditioning, troubles keeping it going all night.
The security, front and bar staff were above excellent! Very friendly, very helpful. I will recommend this facility to others.
Hotel itself is clean and quiet. We had a comfortable stay. Air conditioning turns off when no one is active. I had to manually turn on the unit when we feel hot. Surrounding area (outside hotel) looks dirty and kind of sketchy.

Hotel location was nice but the room was too small. No fridge to keep cold drinks
The staff were so nice, spent time chatting with the kids when we checked in. Nice hotel, good value for money, good location with a train station right outside the door
Very good. At first was concerned about location but was able to get to anywhere I needed to go. Neighbor a little sad
Room nice. Had to ask for room service not automatic staff very helpful and restaurant convenient because not a lot nearby places to eat
Hotel was great in general, however, bathrooms require proper extraction and ventilation. The bathroom steams up quickly when a bath is drawn or the shower is run
The hotel was better than expected. Quite new, many rooms, good breakfast, nice staff and perfect location next to a DLR station. The only disadvantage: it is not well suited for cars. No parking at all, not even a drop off space in front of the main entrance.
Next to DLR and in reach of airport, friendly staff and good breakfast with sufficient seating capacity. Room is spacious enough. Shower had a little bit too little pressure.
