Being a new built, the flat boasts of Paquet flooring in the common areas while the 2 bedrooms are carpeted, and 2 bathrooms have floor-to-ceiling tiles. There are two safe boxes for valuable items should you require them, and each bedroom has its own built-in wardrobe. The master bedroom is ensuite and has a study area with a reading lamp and office chair for that busy executive.

There is a separate storage room which is ideal for tucking away suitcases, shopping bags and other bits and pieces. Inside the room is a washing machine, iron, ironing board, vacuum cleaner, etc.

The guest has access to the entire apartment. Located on the ground floor, the apartment is modern, clean and comfortable. The spacious 2 double bedroom comfortably sleeps up to four. Bed configurations are to 2 king size beds or 4 singles beds plus a double sofa bed in the living room. The apartment enjoys a large open planned kitchen and living area suitable for meetings and/or hosting dinners.

The apartment has its own dedicated entrance which is ideal as guests do not need to go through the general entrance for access. This alone offers the privacy and independence desired at all times. Finally, there’s a dedicated 100sqm front porch/garden which is gated for your private use. This area offers much-needed space for an open barbeque with friends and family.

The apartment is located in Queensbury London NW9 and is within 15mins tube ride on jubilee line to Oxford Street, the heart of London’s shopping paradise. At the apartment, guests are guaranteed to enjoy all the freedom a home brings; space for everyone to be together in a quiet yet amiable conducive environment. Secured private parking is also available on site.

House rules:
1. Our house rule is very simple, please take care of the home as if it were your own and take care of the furniture as it is all brand new.
2. No loud noise, please. This property does not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties.
3. Absolutely no smoking inside the house of any kind, otherwise a strict £500 fine will be applied. You are welcome to smoke out front or back.
4. What you do in your personal time is entirely up to you, but when staying at our place we have a strict no drug use policy. This is just the law… not so much one of our rules.
5. To keep our costs down (and pass those savings on to our guests) we kindly ask that you switch off lights and heating when it’s not in use or leaving the house. Mother nature will thank you too.
6. We understand that accidents happen. But we do ask that you please let us know when they do. Chances are we can fix them as effortlessly as possible which also means better chances of having your full security deposit returned too.
7. Whilst we do a thorough professional clean between each guest stay, we kindly ask that prior to leaving, you clean and put away any dishes or kitchenware used in the kitchen sink and put any dirty towels in the bathtub.
