Easy walk to the 02 with lighting along the paths and taking the footbridge over the main road which takes 20 minutes. Good Breakfast and a large room.

Decent stay. Did the job.

Road parking an absolute bonus. 14 min easy walk to O2. Reception was painful, but got there in the end. Nice decor throughout that suited my taste. Few improvements needed & a bit of maintenance but it did the job.

Comfy but hard bed, flat pillows, good location to O2 (20 min walk or 4 minute Uber). Cleaning could be better - limescale and dirt around the shower screen. There was a hole in one of the bath towels. Communal areas were messy (lots of laundry bags and rubbish bags). Fine for a brief stay after a concert but probably wouldn’t return otherwise.

I’ve stayed in radisson red in Glasgow and was excited. This was dirty, uncared for and at breakfast the coffee machine wasn’t working. I felt like they tried. Just missed every mark.

Terrible experience

Our room was next to the stairs with a squeaky door. Every time someone opened or shut the door and went up or down the stairs, our room would shake and we could hear the squeaky noise. The manager said the hotel was fully booked and there was nothing they could do. In my opinion, this room should be turned into storage! Also, when I first walked into the toilet, I could smell urine. Very unpleasant. No hot water in the shower! I can see that this issue has been reported by other customers in previous reviews numerous times. I can confirm that in April 2025, you can still expect a cold shower at this hotel.
