- This home doesn't have air-conditioning. Between June and September, we'll place fans in each bedroom. Please let us know if you'd like fans outside the summer period. This home is a basement flat. There are stairs down to the entrance, with no elevator. The homeowners' housekeeper will visit on Thursdays and will stay for roughly an hour. This home does not accept toddlers and pets, but it does accept babies and children.
