Property Details:

This bright 90-sqm duplex offers a flexible living area that can serve as a dining space or home office. The fully equipped kitchen features a refrigerator, stove, toaster, coffee maker, and all essential cookware, dishes, and utensils. A washer/dryer combo, iron, ironing board, and cleaning tools are also provided.

The apartment has three double bedrooms: two facing the street and one overlooking the courtyard—all with premium mattresses and freshly laundered linens. Two full bathrooms (one en-suite) include bathtubs or showers, towels, hair dryer, and starter toiletries.

The flat is professionally cleaned and sanitized before every stay. Central heating is provided in winter; portable fans are available in warmer months (on request, subject to availability). The apartment includes a private entrance for added convenience and privacy.

-Check-in: from 3:00 PM (late check-in fees may apply after 7:00 PM; advance arrangement required); Check-out: by 10:00 AM.

-Refundable damage deposit: £800 (paid via secure link before arrival).

-Strictly non-smoking, no pets, no parties or events.

-Noise monitoring device installed in the entrance area for safety (not in private spaces).

If you prefer an in-person check-in, late fees apply (cash only): £50 between 19:00–21:59, £90 between 22:00–00:59, £120 after 1:00 AM - please inform us by SMS or email if you’ll be late.

Management may access the property for maintenance, cleaning, or emergencies, with notice when possible. Viewings may occur between 8:00 AM and 7:00 PM.
