We received great service from the staff. We had a problem with our room the first night, we arrived late and received a room that was extremely small and next to a night club that played loud music until 2 am. Staff were accommodating and moved us to a much better room the following day. We really appreciated the way they addressed the problem. We had no problems with the room they offered, it was more spacious and quiet. The bathroom was still extremely small, but clean and the hotel is in a great location.

The property is central to most everything you need to go in London. Staff are friendly and ready to assist anytime. Special thanks to their operations mgr for such treatment for my wife's birthday. The room is upgraded and has everything you need. Can't compare to modern ones since this is an older hotel. But all I can say this property is clean. Their breakfast area is great with good choice of food. I recommend adding their breakfast package. All in all, me and my wife were a satisfied customer.

I stayed here with my wife for 3 nights. this hotel was really nice, all the staff were very friendly and helpful. The breakfast were really nice with plenty of choice. It has it's own restaurant which was also good

Had a fabulous stay in this hotel. Rooms were smallish but comforatable with enough space for me and my belongings. There was a cute park across the street and we were walking distance from SoHo/several excellent sights. Also walking distance from multiple bus stops and tube stations.

Clean and tidy. Check in very slow, lifts very slow and often full when finally arrive. Used stairs when coming down from rom each morning. Room small with comfortable king bed. Bathroom very small with poor shower flow. Convenient to tube and walking distance to many attractions.

Very convenient location. 5 minutes from Russell square station and 10 minutes from Euston. Check in was easy using the Shackle App which saved a lot of time. Hotel itself is well presented and breakfast is very good with lots of selection. We had a twin room which looked a little tired (scuff marks on the walls and loose floorboards) but it was very clean and the beds were comfy. The facilities were also very good with a smart tv, refreshments and free wifi. We would definitely stay here again.

Charming, Reasonably priced hotel.

Service was good throughout. Breakfast buffet was exceptional and nice open space. Beds were perfect. Bathroom and room very small. Bring your own washrag and lotion. Convenient with many fun local restaurants. Quick bus access to theatre district, Thames boats, etc. Would stay here again!
