This Hotel is a low budget quality hotel. My stay consisted of a broken shower head and 2 of the 3 Elevators out of service the entire time and all of them broken for 1 day . Make aware no room safe and proper closet , just 3 knobs on a wall to hang your belongings. No daily room service and underwhelming response from the Manager about these issues should give pause . London is full of better option stays .

Great value. Great location

The room is very small but clean and functional. The temperature was good. The wine and cheese Saturday night was very nice. The location of this hotel it's fantastic. Close to theatres, restaurants, Covent garden, Trafalgar square, Holborn station

Location is great. Room was pretty uneventful and sterile feeling. Shower head was broken. Couldn’t open the windows. Marks on the wall. Fine bed and had an alright sleep. Both elevators were broken and it’s a bit of a maze to get around the hotel

Double room was small but cosy and clean, in the best location for access to shops, shows and food, staff couldn’t be more helpful, we dropped out bags before check in and they were in our room when we checked in later, they also brought them back out for us after we again used to the storage room after checking out, such nice touches!
