Great location!

Staff was very friendly and helpful. Great location right next to train station & super close to lots of shops, restaurants, and theaters. Room was small, but perfect for a solo traveler. Paid for a window room, but window was enclosed in an alley/courtyard, so really wasn’t much of an upgrade. Would definitely recommend & will be coming back!

Good location. Great, classical reception. But room not ready on arrival - after arrival time. Alternative room in basement provided (no.818) substandard. High levels of frequent water noise - toilet & bathrooms - from above floors. Loud enough to disturb sleep. Rooms changed (to no.416) - room adequate but mattress far less comfortable than first room. Micro-rooms small, but as advertised so no complaints. But en-suites made of glass walls with non-sealing door… why?

Very quiet, and the AC was great. Rooms were extremely small but the shower was great. The price is reflected in the size of the room. The biggest negatives were the maze of stairs and elevators, and the biggest: the entry served as seating for their restaurant. Too many people trying to do different things.

The hotel is nice, however it is a little confusing when you first walk-in. There is a seating area which made it feel like a restaurant or coffee shop. It’s effectively a hybrid space, and we checked in at the desk in amongst the people eating & drinking. Aside from that, the room was small (as advertised), and therefore you wouldn’t want to do more than 1-2 nights there. Even with a carryon case we were pushed for space. We’ve stayed in similar places and they had a little more in terms of space saving ideas. Would still recommend for a night or two in London.

Great location and hotel

Lovely hotel. Highly recommend. Great location for getting around and handy after a night at the theatre to walk back to. Friendly staff. Room was very clean. I would definitely stay again.

John, the manager, was outstanding and really helpful. All the staff were really nice and welcoming. The hotel itself is as advertised, clean and a great concept. Location is great.

I didn’t like that the room didn’t have enough ventilation. It was really small could barely fit with 2 pple in the room. No hairdryer. Similar size rooms you would find in Asia but you pay in pounds which is the highest currency in the world.
