There is an internal staircase within the apartment that leads to the main living space, which is all on one level. The living room is thoughtfully styled, featuring a comfortable seating area, a TV for relaxed evenings, and a dining space perfect for enjoying meals at home. A sofa bed provides additional flexibility for guests.
The sleek, modern bathroom is finished to a high standard and features a luxurious rainfall shower—ideal for unwinding after a day out.
The bedroom is a true highlight: peaceful and filled with natural light, it overlooks leafy treetops, offering a serene outlook with no road noise to disturb your rest.
The fully equipped kitchen includes everything you need for a comfortable stay, whether you're preparing a quick breakfast or a full dinner.

Guests will have the apartment to themselves.
• Parties are strictly prohibited, and an extra charge will apply should any house rules be broken.
• Smoking, vaping, and taking any illegal substances in or around the property is strictly prohibited, including the garde ; a charge of up to £500 may be applied.
• No pets allowed.
• No unregistered guests allowed.
• Quiet hours are between 11 pm and 7 am; please keep noise to a minimum, including TV volume.
• Please make sure to lock all doors and windows when you are not in the property.
• Respect check-in and check-out times: check-in is from 3 pm onwards, and check-out is before 11 am. Late check-out without prior agreement will incur a charge.
• Please take care of the keys: lost keys will incur a minimum charge of £100, and a £50 call-out fee applies if you are locked out.
• Please use indoor shoes or slippers where possible to help keep the cottage clean.
• If anything breaks or goes wrong during your stay, please inform us so it can be replaced or fixed promptly.
• Please be mindful of the property’s furniture and fittings - treat it as you would your own home.
IMPORTANT: On behalf of our host at Pass the Keys, we require guest verification facilitated by Truvi (Previously called Superhog). Upon confirming your booking, Truvi will contact the lead booker via a secure link, providing detailed instructions for the verification process.
The online verification requires a government-issued photo ID and a credit or debit card. During this process, you may choose between a refundable GBP 500 deposit (plus GBP 10 transaction fee currency equivalent) or purchase a non-refundable damage waiver of GBP 40 (currency equivalent) to cover potential damages during your stay.
Once the verification process is successfully completed, check-in information will be provided. If you opted in for a deposit, this will be refunded via credit/debit card after your stay, subject to an inspection of the property.
