This cosy studio apartment is located on the ground floor of a well-maintained holiday home in Lopar on the island of Rab, just around 300 metres from the sea and several beautiful sandy beaches. It is ideally suited for two people and offers everything you need for a relaxed holiday.
The combined living, sleeping, and dining area is equipped with a comfortable double bed, a dining table for two, and a compact kitchenette. The kitchen includes a refrigerator with a small freezer compartment, a 2-plate stove, kettle, filter coffee machine, as well as crockery and cooking utensils. SAT-TV, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning provide additional comfort.
From the room, you directly access your private, covered balcony with a table, chairs, awning, and clothes horse. Here you can start the day calmly or let the evening fade away relaxed, partially even with a light sea view. The bathroom is equipped with a shower, toilet, and washbasin. Bed linen and towels are provided.
The house comes with a spacious garden with shaded areas, sun loungers, parasols, and a sandpit for children. Additionally, there is a barbecue facility that you can use as desired. A parking space is located directly at the property, and pets are welcome upon request.
