The ground floor features a living and dining room furnished with a dining table, as well as a separate living and sleeping room equipped with 1 double sofabed and access to the terrace. The kitchen on this level is compact yet fully equipped, complete with 4 gas rings and an electric coffee machine. A shower room and a separate toilet are also located on the ground floor, and direct access to the garden is available from the living and dining area.
The upper floor is reached via a spiral staircase and includes an additional living and sleeping room with 1 double sofabed and its own access to the terrace. A second spiral staircase leads to 2 double bedrooms, bringing the total number of bedrooms to 3. This floor is served by 2 shower rooms, each fitted with a bidet and WC. Throughout the property, the floors are crafted from natural stone, lending the home an authentic and characterful feel.
