My only complaint would be that the water coming out of the bath seemed a little murky which sucked because I was at a festival for the weekend and was looking forward to relaxing after. But other than that, the service was great and the staff were polite:)

The place looks good, but their room carpets needs some serious deep cleaning. My kids and I walked around the room barefoot and we couldn't believe how dirty our feet were.

Receptionist were super friendly and answered all questions that were asked. I was able to get an early check in with a check in fee. Rooms were clean, and you get free breakfast. Would recommend and co you be staying here for future events.

Everything was average. Staff was polite, rooms were acceptable and parking was available on site. Nothing else to note since the area is not great, with lots of noise throughout the night and being right by a freeway bridge means it’s also not super safe. The hotel itself is old and everything was outdated, including the rooms. Super worn in and cracks everywhere, stale smell throughout. The noise level is ridiculous- you can hear other guests showering above or next to you and any movement anyone makes in another room is very loud. Walls are paper thin and the curtains don’t even close all the way so you can’t get a full darkened room if you need that. You get what you pay for here.

Hi there, We had some problems at this hotel spoke to them at the front desk they advised me to email to get a credit applied to our 2 rooms at least a 10% credit was advised by the hotel we could get for the room s but because I booked through your app they would not credit they said hotels.com needed to do it. The hot tub was so gross so dirty and chipped out did not look safe to go in at all. A big reason we booked this hotel was for the pool and hot tub was not able to go in either. Very disappointed. The rooms smelt like mold the shower curtains need to be changed. They stink. There was also a saw Blade found above my bathroom door very unsafe what is up with that.
