Was spacious and breakfast was delicious. Our keys didnt work after the first day when we were of course in a hurry to change clothes and get to dinner reservations. Front desk was quick about it. Housekeeping took the soap from the shower but didnt replace it with a new one which was strange. Unfortunately we didnt make it to the hot tub like we had hoped as the day we checked in there were way too many people in it and the next day we got back too late.

We can hear the voices and TV from nextdoor room and hallway. The closet rollers needs new wheels. There was roach in the drawer so I didn't use any of the drawers. The breakfast needs protein options. I called the front desk twice, he has to ask someone for answers.

I liked that it was close to the venue we were going to that day. The check in was relatively easy and the bed was comfortable. The breakfast was lacking in choices and the area is very small. I think this could improve.

We had a problem with the water in the tub/shower draining slowly. The maintenance guy came out about 3P the next day and at first told me that it was normal until I showed him the video I had made. About a half hour later the tub/shower drained correctly.

The room was spacious and the bedding was clean. The microwave was not cleaned, there was an old French fry left in it. There were ants coming in from the window. The front desk service left a bit to be desired, seems like they have young kids working that don't exactly know what they're doing. Breakfast was ok- a waffle machine, packaged pastries, bagels, and cereal. It was a bit of a ghost town, when we checked in it seemed like no one else was there with us but we began to see a few people throughout the stay.

I was hoping for a better experience. We were put in a room that did not have anywhere to hang your clothes so they changed us to a different room. That wasn’t great either. No phone service in the room. The blow dryer didn’t work. One of the sheets was stained. Also entering and exiting the property was confusing . It did not have an enter so you had to use the exit which was not that great because trying to maneuver, if someone is also exiting.
