Very clean no complaints about cleanliness. My only complaint is the floors are not stick so you can hear your upstairs neighbor walking. It was so disturbing that I couldn’t get any sleep. They were up late and up by 5am walking around like giants.

This property is located in an area I would not stay in again. A bum came in to the breakfast area and two employees saw him and did nothing about it. He was asking for money while people were trying to eat. I was appalled about paying for parking especially for paying for a room. The pool and hot tub were disgusting and I have pictures of the filth. I think the cameras picked up I was taking pictures cause an employee came right in and started cleaning the pool. One of the male employees brought out a couple and told them how nice it would be in the hot tub with a glass of wine as he starred at the green dirty fungus water. How embarrassing for your hotel. The carpets had spilled paint spots all over the third floor was just banging and pounding from construction. The bathtub would not drain so you stood in your own dirty water. At this point I would lime some compensation for the nastiness of this hotel. I would not recommend this hotel unless they made good on my stay!

⸻ Upon arrival, I noticed a persistent odor in the room, resembling fresh paint. It became apparent that the hotel was undergoing renovations; however, there was no prior notice or communication regarding this, which was disappointing. Additionally, the curtain rod in our room was broken, preventing us from fully opening the curtains and limiting natural light. The overall lighting in the room was also inadequate, making the space feel dim and less comfortable than expected. These issues detracted from what could have been a more pleasant stay.

The hallway through the room was smelling so bad I was going to throw out. The carpets were filthy and stinky. The A/C wasn’t working, we had to change olur room with all lagguages it was a mes. Also they are charging for parking! Worst hotel I have ever stayed.

The noise was not good and the paint smell was awful. Ia warning in advance would have been courteous. We asked if anything else was available and they said no. I had seen the same day there were rooms available in floor 3, I did not want to argue with the front desk. Every time I went up to the second floor the paint smell just hit me very strong. The rooms were not base boarders were missing in my room which made it look tacky. This are some reasons why I give it a e star.
