The property doesn't have a designated area with grass to walk your fur baby, but the parking lot is a nice size to walk. The property is clean. My only concern is that sometimes people park in guess parking and go to McDonald's and guest will invite others over and take parking from paying guest. There's security at night, which makes me feel a bit safer. It appears that the fourth floor is often rented to families with children. So if you are on the third floor on you may consider requesting not to be in the middle units on the third floor. The stomping, and running can be quiet disturbing. I had to request to be moved to the fourth floor. Security had to go to the unit multiple times to address the issue. I have experienced this issue several times. Staff is very attentive and the rooms are spacious and clean. Breakfast is ok, average hotel food, but is great the offer Breakfast.

Best hotel in Azusa!

Clean and friendly. Suite did not have stove top as some home2 locations do, so keep that in mind. Gym was well maintained, good a/c throughout
