The lobby and dining areas were beautiful. The room condition was fair. Every piece of furniture as well as the floor was very worn. Peeling bed frame, headboard, and seating was unexpected especially when an additional $100/day was required at check-in for incidentals like I was going to damage the property more than it already was.

Clean, comfy beds, nice staff. Good location. Parking is valet only( standard downtown LA) so once you drop off your car, retrieve some item you forgot in the trunk unless you tell the valet to bring it over. Everything works fine, but the age of the place starts to reveal.
