While the staff is friendly, the room was comfortable & clean. They don't really have parking, unless valet parking (if they have another form of parking it's not signed anywhere). It's also in not a good area & there's basically nothing to do in walking distance. Dinning options are limited unless you want to pay a delivery driver or the premium prices for their sit down restaurant.

Great spot for getting to airport early the next morning. We left on a Saturday and it took about 45 min to get to the airport (we had to wait for a shuttle). It wasn’t a problem as we left plenty of time.

The service, check in process, parking, room configuration and food options were excellent. We ordered room service for breakfast. We enjoyed an omelet, which was made to order and served with breakfast potatoes and toast, we also had french toast. Our hot teas were from Starbucks. The room was extremely spacious. The location is less than 15 minutes from the Intuit Dome, the venue we went to for a concert. Wifi was free due to our hotel membership. The hotel offers free shuttle rides to the airport. Although we didn't require this service, it is great to know that it is available. We are very pleased with our experience and will definitely consider this hotel for future visits. The only downside is parking is $60 a night, but this is becoming standard for most hotel chains in major cities.
