It was a nice quiet clean hotel. The parking was tight. I could barely get out of the parking. Parking is made for compact vehicle's. The room was very clean but not very roomie. It was very small. But still a good hotel.

Walking distance to universal

Stayed 2 nights. Its location is walking distance to universal studios. Older hotel but rooms were clean and had 2 comfy beds and a couch. Staff was friendly and honest. My son lost an electronic device and they made sure he got it back!

Great location. Pizza and donuts next door rule! Ralphs down the street and a Starbucks. Universal Studios a short walk up a very long and steep hill! (Just pay $6 for the uber up, walk back lol trust me!). Having said that, I feel bad giving low score on the property itself because its a cool spot but yikes lets just say I wouldnt book the room for my mother. If they put a bit of money into updating the rooms its a whole different story. Felt a little sketchy and I chose not to sleep under the covers or take a shower.

Budget friendly, clean and convenient

This hotel is very convenient if you're going to universal studios. The rooms were clean smelled nice beds were comfortable. Didn't squeak water pressure in the shower was good. Overall, this is a very decent hotel to stay at at a reasonable price

Property was near a couple of food places and just a 2 minute walk to the Universal trolly. I choose this location because of these features because I have mobility restrictions. Staff were great, very friendly and ensured we had everything we needed each day. Parking is VERY limited and a tight squeeze. We did not have a car for this trip but the lots was always full and only held about 11 cars. We would stay again if we return to Universal Studios.

This was a nice affordable option to staying close to universal studios. Just a short walk to the trolley to the park. And very close to a number of restaurants and free parking.

Very close location for Universal Studios. The hotel is off a busy street but has excellent sound proofing. Rooms were spacious and clean. Staff provided excellent service

The couch folded flat to be a bed but it was more like a futon and it wasn’t very comfy but it was easy to get to universal and the staff was helpful with tricks like taking the parking shuttle to lessen the walk

The front desk service at the hotel was excellent. The only downside is that the facilities are outdated, and there’s a strong smell of detergent inside, which can be a bit overwhelming. The bed linens felt particularly old and dusty. Parking was decent, with just enough space for large trucks. The overall location is great—just a 10-minute walk to the Universal Studios shuttle, making it very convenient. The surrounding area also felt relatively safe.
