Besides the fact that they do not have an in-room microwave for guests, this place is a slum house! The room needs remodeling, the front door took a force of Thor to open and close, and we found some hair in the bathub. The toilet tank took forever to fill. Pretty much, everything needs upgrading at this place. We found the vending room to be a very unsafe place to be using the public microwave. Why be so cheap as to not provide guests with this in-room convenience? You charge $90/night, which is quite expensive for the commodities you provided there. The room we had was stuck in a location where hauling stuff in was a nightmare! We had to use some shopping carts found on ground to accommodate, and your accessibility ramp is a joke. All in all, do not stay here. If budget is an issue, go to a Motel 6 instead. Believe it or not, the quality there would far surpass this place! Also, there were a few shady characters hanging out on location, which added to the unsafe side of this place.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and it was completely horrible. I have to give it one star because there's no option lower than that. The towels were ridiculously small and felt cheap. As soon as I walked into the room, I was hit with a terrible stinky smell that was hard to ignore. The entryway flooring was absolutely disgusting, and the doors and room keys were a nightmare to deal with—nothing worked properly. To make things worse, there was no hot water, and the Wi-Fi was nonexistent! While the front desk staff seemed professional, it really didn’t matter because the overall experience was so poor. Honestly, save your money and look elsewhere. Their advertising is completely misleading compared to what you actually get. The location might be decent, but trust me, this is not the place you want to stay.

Evacuation trip

We stayed there due to being evacuated from the fires. It was last minute and definitely not planned stay. We stayed for three days and paid extra for late check out. Staff is very strong armed when it comes to checking out. Not the place to take your time checking out.

There were NO outlets on the walls except where the tv was plugged in and 1 in the bathroom! The hot water for the shower took 2-3 minutes to get “warm” and literally cut off to cold water like a switch while I had soap on my body ! I know it was cheap to stay there but cmon ! Would NEVER stay there again !

Main door and bathroom door not closing properly and getting jammed. Bathroom was smelling very bad. Too old property with damages on door, walls etc. Hotel doesn't have basic amenities like Microwave. Hot water not working, Heater not working. Face towels were not available. Pathetic stay it was.

Being a pet friendly hotel is amazing but people should clean up after there dogs 💩 also neighbors and people around are very noisy but other then that its a great place
