After I booked The Rumi Hostel I was notified in a email that they only accept international travelers, and they’re refusing to return my money. I informed them via email that I was a Disabled Veteran with vision impairment and did not see any disclaimer of them only welcoming international guests. But the email has went unanswered and even Expedia representatives also attempted to get The Rumi Hostel to refund my money with no success.

They use IHA residency rules so you shouldn’t be American. Fine for a bed & a little more than shelter & toilet. Wouldn’t recommend for more than barebones needs. You get what you pay for!
