Nice hotel, sketchy neighborhood

The hotel is great and the breakfast is yummy. Just not a fan of the neighborhood. We encountered some very sketchy individuals on the way into the hotel. Also, there was a car near ours, that was broken into during the night.

Nice hotel with a terrible staff!!

The hotel itself was nice but the front desk staff was horrible! The young man who checked me in was wonderful but the girl who came in after him yelled at my son who’s disabled and has a service dog came after my son , started yelling at him, and stated that pets weren’t allowed! I had informed the young man when I checked in that both my children had registered service dogs but this lady didn’t get the memo and caused my son to go into a panic attack and that resulted in an asthma attack!!
