The beach villa consists of a main building with several apartments and adjoining terraced houses. Direct access to the car-free beach promenade and the wide, fine sandy beach.

Wunderbare Lage, super freundliche Gastgeberin

Die Ferienwohnung liegt perfekt in Strandnähe des Ortes. Mit Hund ist die Reisezeit bis 01.05. perfekt gewesen, da bis dahin keine Beschränkung auf die zwei (!) - aber auch super gelegenen - Hundestrände besteht. Die Wohnung war sehr schön, alles was man braucht, ist vorhanden. Sehr gerne wieder!

Tolle Lage

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist fantastisch. Die Wohnung ist in die Jahre gekommen, vor allem das Inventar in der Küche und die Matratzen sowie Bettdecken müssen ganz dringend erneuert werden. Schön ist der Balkon und die kleine Terrasse. In wenigen Schritten ist man am Wasser.

Eine Tolle Zeit

Wir haben die gemeinsame Zeit genossen. Whg. Leider nicht gründlich gereinigt. Dieser Zustand war teilweise ohne ins Detail zu gehen nicht tragbar. Das W-Lan konnte man kaum nutzen, Zeitweise gar nicht. Da auch kein Telekom oder o2 Hotspot übers Handy nutzbar war ist man beim schlechtem Wetter auf s Buch und Brettspiele angewiesen. Wir haben was draus gemacht. Jetzt wissen wir was uns erwartet, wir würden nochmal hinfahren. Mfg

Objekt und Lage waren sehr gut, mit Blick aufs Wasser und schöner Strandpromenade. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten im Ort vorhanden. Ort liegt sehr günstig für Ausflüge und Wanderungen. Einziger Mangel: alle Rauchmelder waren abgebaut!!

Fewo in günstiger Lage mit einigen Nachteilen

Saubere Fewo, Übergabe klappte gut. Verwaltung vor Ort freundlich. Betten und Schlafräume recht klein. Nebenkosten unangemessen hoch. Schlaf gestört durch laute Nachbarn und deren Nutzung der Außentreppe. Fazit: wir mieten diese Fewo nicht wieder.

Noch besser als erwartet !

Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit der Ferienwohnung. Die Lage ist super, nur wenige Meter zum Strand. Die Wohnung ist sehr gut ausgestattet, Waschmaschine, Geschirrspüler etc. Ansprechpersonen sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Umlagenkosten werden sehr fair abgerechnet. Wir werden auf jeden Fall wieder buchen.
