The house exudes Tuscan charm, with terracotta-coloured tiles and wooden beam ceilings. It can accommodate up to seven people and has a cosy living room, a fully equipped kitchen and two bedrooms with views of the surrounding countryside.
The house is located in S. Maria del Giudice – an ideal starting point for exploring the whole of Tuscany. Shops and restaurants are just a few minutes' walk away!
The fenced garden (partly wire mesh fence, wall from 80 cm to 160 cm, the part of the garden in front of the house is as high as the outside wall and therefore not really secure) is a true paradise for romantics and dog lovers – shady trees invite you to linger; here you can enjoy the sunset over the hills with a glass of Chianti.
The highlight of the property is the private swimming pool (10x5m, depth: 1.65m); the crystal-clear water invites you to swim on hot summer days, while sun loungers and deck chairs ensure relaxing hours by the water. In the evening, the area is transformed into a dreamlike backdrop when the lights glow softly in the dark.

Tips and places to visit:
A tennis club and golf driving range are located nearby (Vicopelago, 6 km). There is even a riding stable in the village of S. Maria del Giudice. Guests can enjoy numerous hikes in the countryside. For the more athletic, we recommend the ‘Passo di Dante’, a beautiful viewpoint with panoramic views of Pisa and the sea.
Allo Scoiattolo is an ideal starting point for visiting the most important art cities of Tuscany, such as Pisa, Lucca, Florence and Siena. The white sandy beaches of the Versilia coast are just a stone's throw away.

The outdoor area is equipped with a table with chairs and barbecue and an outdoor light. Whether for a relaxed breakfast, a convivial lunch or a romantic dinner under the stars – the outdoor area of this holiday home offers the perfect backdrop for culinary delights and unforgettable moments.
The house is furnished in a country style – essential and holiday-friendly. A cot is available. The beds dispose of mosquito netting.
