Welcome to our 55-square-meter two-room apartment, located on the ground floor of a historic building. Just a short walk from Piazza Napoleone and the Teatro del Giglio, and a short distance from the Cittadella pay parking lot. This apartment is ideal for those who wish to explore the city comfortably on foot.
The apartment can accommodate up to 4 people, offering a comfortable and well-organized environment.
The living area features a full kitchen with all the necessary utensils and dishware sets, coffee machine, refrigerator, and dishwasher. A comfortable sofa, which can be converted into a French bed (with due privacy from the room), and a Smart TV complete the living area.
The large, windowed bedroom has a king-size bed, two spacious closets and a chest of drawers.
The windowed bathroom has full sanitary ware, a shower and a hair dryer.
The apartment has heating and, thanks to the thick walls of the historic building, the temperature remains pleasantly cool even during the summer months.
Sheets, towels and free Wi-Fi are available to guests.
The apartment's strategic location makes it easy to walk to numerous points of interest, stores, restaurants, the city's main tourist attractions, and a small supermarket within walking distance (Conad City).
