Nice complex situated in a small, charming hamlet in Lucca surroundings. This property has been recently and carefully restored and turned into 6 welcoming apartments providing tastefully furnished interiors. The unit Flavia 3 overlooks the hamlet while the other 5 apartments offer views over the surrounding landscape and over the garden.
All of the apartments provide floor heating and cooling system in order to guarantee high comforts all year round.
This property is nicely located, halfway between Pisa and Lucca (both approx. 8 km away) and at the same time it is only a short distance away from the Versilia coastline area with beautiful beaches, excellent restaurants and shopping facilities (approx. 35 km away).
Distances: a food shop and a bus stop are only 100 m away, a supermarket is at 5 km, Lucca (railway station) 8 km away, Pisa (airport) 8 km, the Versilia coastline area (beaches) approx. 35 km, Florence 85 km away. The “Cinque Terre” region is approx 90 km away.

So Lala.....bzw. es gibt noch Luft nach oben!!

Anlage ist sehr schön und ruhig, Pool fantastisch. Der Ort selbst auch klasse, alles was man von einem kleinen süssen italienischen Dörfchen erwartet (Supermarkt, Bar, Restaurants, Pizzeria alles in Laufnähe. Auch die Lage zwischen Lucca und Pisa perfekt für schnelle Ausflüge. Leider waren jedoch schon ein paar Punkte, die die schöne Zeit in der Toskana getrübt haben. Die Wohnung war sehr dunkel und leider auch sehr muffig bzw. feucht. Auch das gefühlte Dauerlüften hat nicht zum gewünschten Erfolg beigetragen. Die Einrichtung war etwas zwiegespalten von interessant und nett bis sehr unlieb gestaltet. Bilderrahmen ohne Bild mit dem Massangabenpaspartout sind leider nicht unser Ding gewesen. Weiterhin war die Küche nicht gut ausgestattet bzw. wir sind aus anderen Ferienhäusern etwas anderes gewohnt. Leider hat sich dieser rote lieblose Faden auch bei der Vermietung durchgezogen. Nicht eine Frage seitens der Eigentümerin/Verwalterin wie die Anreise war oder nach ein paar Tagen, wie es einem gefällt. Da besteht noch deutlich Luft nach oben was die Gastfreundschaft angeht. Diese negative Aspekte konnten aber die 6 Tage in der Toskana nicht trüben. Gern wieder dieser Landstrich, aber nicht dieselbe Anlage bzw. Wohnung!!
