PRESTIGE 5 is a bright one-bedroom apartment with garden, tastefully furnished in the renowned residential area of ​​Viganello, a few minutes on foot from the Lido of Lugano, from the lake promenade and from the Exhibition Center (exhibition hall) and a few minutes by car or bus from the historic center of the city.



The sun comes in through the large window in the living room, filling the room with light and inviting you to go out into the garden: have breakfast outside or enjoy an aperitif in the summer on the patio furnished with a table for 4 people! The large sofa bed, facing the flat-screen TV, is the ideal corner for watching a movie, and becomes a double bed for the night (Please note: The sofa bed will not be prepared as a bed for your arrival, as we deem it proper to use it as a sofa during the day. You will find the bed linen, pillows and blankets in the wardrobe/shelf closest to the sofa.). There is a spacious master bedroom with a large mirrored wardrobe. The kitchen is fully equipped and open to the living room; on the table for 2 you can taste a good coffee, but by opening it you can comfortably have lunch and dinner! The bathroom is spacious and modern, with a hydromassage bathtub in which to relax in the evening after a day of sightseeing.



Quality bedding, towels and a courtesy kit are provided. 

We also leave a gift basket with some necessary items for your first breakfast.

What\'s nearby:

The center is less than 10 minutes away on foot, while the lake is even closer: it will take you just 5 minutes to reach the Ciani park, the Lido with its swimming pools, its beach and its tennis court, and the tourist port where you can take the boat. The Exhibition Centre, the main trade fair centre in the city, is only a 5-minute walk away.



How to arrive: 

If you arrive by car, from the A2 motorway take \"Lugano Nord\" exit and follow the GPS directions: in 10 minutes you will reach the apartment. 

If you arrive by train, from Lugano station take bus number 6 (direction \"Viganello\") for 4 stops (about 8 minutes) and get off at \"Ponte Madonnetta\" stop, then walk for about 500 m. Alternatively, take the bus N.2 (direction Castagnola - Capolinea) for 5 stops (9 minutes) and get off at the \"Lugano Palazzo Studi\" stop. Proceed for 550 m on foot (7 minutes) to reach the residence.
