Although highly rated, this lodging location was a big disappointment. The bathroom in my room had a big mildew problem. My room was located above an outdoor patio area where patrons talked loudly as late as 11:30 pm and as early as 6:00 am. Needless to say, my sleeping experience was awful. I will be traveling to NC next year and this hotel will not be an option for me.

From the moment we arrived to when we departed, the stay was one of the best we have had. Virginia at the desk was welcoming, warm and friendly. The community areas are spotless clean and the morning buffet was clean, food was hot and good quality with choices for everyone. Our room was impressive. The bed was comfortable and clean. Kudos to the staff who keep the hotel spotless; Aleah and Katie. Overall experience (first time staying at a Springhill Suites hotel) was top knotch. The room had amenities like no other room (at this price point) has ever had. Would recommend 10 out of 10.
