Absolutely appalling room appalling staff dirty in kept needs shutting down. Had to royally kick off to get moved into the room I actually booked the only positive thing about the stay is one of the cleaners romaina she was lovely and helpful u deserve more than to work there

On arrival my wife that is a wheelchair user couldnt get ro the lift so i had to take her power chair back to the car and ahe had to use crutches to get up 4 or 5 steps to the lift then when we got to our floor she had to go down n 4 steps to our room. Yesterday morning the lift was broken so my wife with my help had to go down four flights of stairs which took about 10-15min and were told the service company were callwd and would have it repaired but on return at 23:00 the lift was not repaired and the night staff just said its Sunday nothing we can do no solution was offered and i waa left to get my wife up there four flights of stairs then this morning i had to get my sown the stairs again then get our luggage. Day staff were nice and friendly
I paid 55 pounds. Excellent value for money. A very spacious room. The hotel shows its age, but it's clean and well looked after. I hghly recommend if you have a flight the next day and need somewhere comfortable to crash.
Requested ground floor room due to disability, which was fulfilled. However to access this room ypu have to go up 3 steps, into a lift to the 1st floor. Walk lengthy mazes of corridors and then down 2 flights of stairs. Would have been beyter off on the 1st floor.
Shower tray was filthy.
Whilst sheets and pillowcases were clean, the mattress and pillows again filthy.
I know you get what you pay for, but cleanliness and accessibility should be the BARE MINIMUM of any property.

Photos are misleading. It is tired and needing desperate investment. It is an illegal migrant hotel in my opinion, unless Keir Starmer wants to send the police around for expressing my free speech opinion?!

Comfortable bed, everything inside room was spot on.

Excellent from start to finish!
From check-in to check-out, everything was smooth and pleasant. The rooms were spacious, very clean, and well-maintained. Both my partner and I really enjoyed our stay and appreciated the comfort of the room. Highly recommended!
Ideal for stopping on way to / back from Luton airport. Checked out at 03:00 on way out and checked in at 03:00 on way back without issue. Friendly and helpful staff. Would use again.
Place and front desk staff friendly but the mattress really need upgrading .

Emailed the hotel to let them know we were checking in late due to a late flight into Luton Airport. Arrived at the hotel and was denied check in. Also denied a refund. Website stated 24hr front desk, and had confirmation we would be able to check in at 3am. Terrible customer service from OYO and the staff working the night shift at the hotel. Hotel automatically checked me in and then asked me a day later how my stay was!!!!! Why have a hotel near the airport with an advertised 24hr Front Desk if you don’t accept check in past a certain time!!!! Disgusting
They cancelled by booking and sent me to another sister hotel only to find it closed and padlocked up. No notification from the hotel or Hotels.com or Expedia. No response to phone calls, emails before re confirmation of the move or complaining afterwards.
Appalling customer service from all parties...and i've been in the industry 20 years.
