Room was great, pet friendly which was a plus for us. Staff super friendly and helpful. Elevator was broken and we were on third floor but honestly with tour dog we would have taken the steps anyway

Was a clean, bright hotel with nice space. Area surrounding was less than ideal. Room was clean and comfy. Definitely suggest bringing your own pillows as these are puffed air and compress quickly.

The room was great, but what stood out was the staff. Has anyone else noticed how high hotel beds have gotten. I’m short (5’3”) and now I need a step stool to get in bed at every hotel. I didn’t my usual one, so I asked at the front desk. Malcolm (sorry, don’t remember his last name) couldn’t find one. So, he called his home and had someone bring his personal one. This is above and beyond service. This was not the first request, but the biggest. Hey, Marriott! Promote this dude. Now.

I enjoyed my stay at this Courtyard very much. The staff was great and the room was clean and orderly. The rating of only four stars was because the microwave in the room did not work, and a second replacement also did not work. Other than that, I found my accommodations to be satisfactory.
