The checking process was seamless, and upon arrival, the room was immaculate. Everything wasn't in order. The only downside was the traffic noise coming from a main street nearby. A wonderful stay!

We initially stayed because of the weather and booked in order to possibly be able to get to work the next day. I called before arriving and was told because of the weather, they weren’t really enforcing the late cancellations policy. I had booked 2 days then cancelled and made it another day to be sure. I booked two rooms under my name. One through the hiltons app and one through Expedia for two different rooms,2 different payment methods. We both asked when we arrived if we needed an early checkout would there be any issues and were both told no. we ended up checking out 2/1. We both made sure it was okay to still early checkout and get reimbursed for the last night. The other room got everything situated. I did not. I booked through Expedia (hotels) and the hotel told me to go through them. I did and they called the hotel. No help at all. I’ve been thorough & have been given the run around ever since. I can’t even get a receipt that’s states the correct check out time. i just need good honest customer service. If I had known I would have been penalized, why would I even checkout and WASTE money? I don’t have money to waste. I am going to write to whomever I have to to get my money back. This is as unacceptable and the worst hotel experience I have ever had.

Great staff great hotel..just renovated close to Liberty. We had a snow storm and the staff stayed at the hotel to make sure all guests were taken care of. They must have mopped the entry way 100 times during my stay to make sure the entry way to clean and safe. Well done!

Every aspect of our stay at The Hampton Inn & Suites, Lynchburg, Virginia was top notch. The Staff were very professional as well as polite and helpful. Front Desk gets an A+ and Danial from Maintenance was terrific. Breakfast was better than most restaurants with lots of healthy choices, but the omelets and sausages were our favorites. Even the coffee was great. We come to Lynchburg for family events, and we've now found a great place to stay. I spent 15 years working with the Hospitality Industry and Hilton is still the best, in service, quality and staff. We'll be back, for sure. (We're now in the Hilton Honors Program).
