Very cosy, comfortable house "Armonia", 2 storeys, built in 2004. On the outskirts, 4 km from the centre of Maçanet de la Selva, in a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the edge of the forest, 20 km from the sea, 20 km from the beach. For shared use: park. Tennis (extra), basketball, children's playground (slide, swing). Private: property 800 m2 (fenced), beautiful garden to relax, swimming pool angular (9 x 3 m, 27 m2, depth 80 - 170 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jun. - 30.Oct.) with salt-electrolysis pool-cleaning system. Outdoor shower, table tennis, basketball, pergola (12 m2), parking (for 2 cars) at the house. Shop 4 km, grocery 500 m, supermarket 4 km, shopping centre 32 km, restaurant 4 km, bar 400 m, bakery 500 m, bus stop 1 km, railway station "Massanet-Massanes" 4 km. Cycle lane, children's playground 500 m. Nearby attractions: Marinland 21 km, Tossa de mar 32 km, Waterworld 21 km, Pista Atletismo 500 m, Espais Girona Centro comercial 30 km, Campo de futbol 500 m.
