The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Strip all beds that were used during your stay. Put all the soiled sheets and towels in the laundry room. Lock all doors including deadbolts. Turn off all lights and fans.
In the summer, leave the thermostat on cool and 82 degrees. In winter, leave the thermostat set on heat and 50 degrees. Load all dirty dishes into the dishwasher and start the washing cycle.
Empty refrigerator. Please take all trash to the collection site, 5 minute drive (east side of Hwy 53 just south of Cherry Lake General Store).
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
