La Casita is a private chalet designed for a peaceful, comfortable and special getaway with family, as a couple or with friends. Located in the La Fontanilla residential area, in Maello, approximately 1 hour from Madrid and close to Ávila, it is an ideal option for those looking to disconnect without travelling too far.
The house can accommodate up to 6 guests and is prepared to make your stay practical and pleasant from the very beginning. Its indoor spaces are cosy and functional, with areas designed for resting, sharing meals, enjoying relaxed conversations and making the most of the house in both summer and winter.
One of the main highlights of La Casita is its outdoor area. Guests can enjoy a private swimming pool, barbecue, chill-out area and interior terrace, creating the perfect setting to spend the day outdoors, enjoy relaxed meals, unwind after exploring the area or simply make the most of a few days of rest.
During the colder months, the house also offers a very pleasant atmosphere thanks to its fireplace with firewood, perfect for quiet plans, winter getaways and cosy moments in the living room.
La Casita is located in a quiet residential area, making it especially suitable for guests looking for privacy, rest and comfort. It is not a crowded tourist area, and that is precisely what makes it perfect for a more relaxed stay, with easy road access and a convenient location for visiting Ávila, nearby villages or enjoying a getaway from Madrid.
Access to the accommodation is through self check-in. Before arrival, all necessary instructions will be provided so guests can enter easily and without complications. During the stay, we will remain available to answer any questions through the platform or by phone if needed.
We recommend coming by car to move around more comfortably, do shopping or visit the surrounding area. The house is designed for guests who want to enjoy an entire private home, with independent spaces and everything needed to share a special few days.
