Villa Marko with pool

Villa Marko is a villa built in Dalmatian style with a stone facade. The house has two separate bedrooms with double beds each, as well as a double bed on the gallery. There are three bathrooms.



Furthermore, Villa Marko offers a separate, fully equipped living apartment (separated from the house) including a living room with a sofa bed for 2 people, a kitchen and a private bathroom. In total, 8 people can stay at Villa Marko.



The villa has a large terrace with a private heated swimming pool of 24m², a seating area and a grill, high-quality garden furniture, loungers and parasols. It offers a view of the sea and the islands of Brac and Hvar as well as the Biokovo mountains.



The living space is 220m² and all areas are fully air-conditioned. On the ground floor of the house there is a spacious living room with a fireplace, a fully equipped kitchen, a dining area for 8 people, a bathroom with shower and toilet, and the exit to the terrace.



On the 1st floor there are two bedrooms, 1 bathroom and the terrace with sea view. On the gallery you will find another bedroom with a double bed.



In the basement there is a wine cellar and a spacious Konoba. The Konoba includes a fully equipped kitchen, as well as seating for 20 people, a separate fireplace which can also be used as a grill. There is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.



Annex: This separate living apartment is located just 3m behind the house and offers comfort for 2 people: a living room with a sofa bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom with shower and toilet and a washing machine.



Bed linen, towels and pool towels are provided. Parking spaces for several cars are reserved directly in front of the house on the private property only for our guests.



Villa Marko is built on a 460m² plot and is approx. 1.4km from the old town of Makarska. The garden is designed with Mediterranean plants, olive trees and palms, the property is surrounded by cascading walls and offers privacy and security. Pets are welcome (max. 3 dogs, up to 25kg).
During your stay at this villa, you'll be within walking distance of Vepric Shrine. Laundry facilities are available. Free WiFi and a private pool are available in the villa.
