Our room on floor 9 was excellent. Very comfortable bed and lovely bathroom with bath tub and separate shower. We were entitled to use the Club Lounge where food and drinks were available, free of charge. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED

Airport hotel with a plus

Airport hotels arent usually a great experience but Sama Sama proves they can be done well. Good choice of restaurants. Great service and buggy ride direct to the terminal. Not cheap but they do the extras. Club room worth the extra with good food and happy hour (free)

Excellent location for transitting KLIA

Good sized well fitted. Shower doir would not close properly, so I had to turn the shower head to the corner so as to not flood the bathroom. Buggy transfer into terminal understaffed and was not coping. Confusion between volume quality of ' background music in public areas. It is very loud and unpleasnt in the breakfast buffet. It was just as during my previous stay there.
