Unit Layout
You will be staying in a 4-room semi-detached house with 120 square meters of living space spread over two levels. The modern and tasteful furnishings include a living/dining room with a double sofa bed, satellite TV, and air conditioning. This room has an exit leading to the terrace and swimming pool. The open kitchen is equipped with an oven, dishwasher, ceramic glass hob with four hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. There is also a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. Upstairs, you will find one bedroom with a double bed, shower/toilet, and air conditioning. Additionally, there are two more bedrooms, each with a double bed and air conditioning. The upper floor also features a bathroom with a bathtub/toilet and a separate shower/toilet.

Amenities Included
The property offers various amenities to ensure your comfort during your vacation. These include air conditioning units, a washing machine, a barbecue (electric and portable), a dishwasher, satellite TV, a Jacuzzi bathtub, heating available from October 1st to May 15th, a microwave, and a television.
