This is a 6-room villa spanning across 240 square meters on two levels. The spacious and bright villa has tasteful furnishings throughout. On the ground floor, there is a large living room with a veranda and a panoramic window featuring an open-hearth fireplace, which is solely for decoration purposes. The living room leads out to the garden and the veranda. Additionally, there is one double bedroom and one small room with a single bed (140 cm) on this level.

The open-plan kitchen is well-equipped with an oven, dishwasher, five gas rings, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, grill, and an electric coffee machine. It also features an open-hearth fireplace and a dining table. The kitchen has access to the garden. On the same floor, you'll find a bathroom with a bathtub, bidet, and toilet, as well as a separate toilet.

Upstairs, there is a large double bedroom with an en-suite shower room featuring a bidet, toilet, and double hand basin. This bedroom also has air conditioning and access to a terrace.
