The Space:

This brand-new waterfront home sits on a prime Marathon canal with direct ocean access, built for up to 8 guests. The two-story layout, vibrant exterior, and premium amenities give you plenty of room to spread out and enjoy the Keys.

Inside, modern furnishings and natural light fill the space. The open-concept living area combines the living room, fully equipped gourmet kitchen, and dining space into one connected layout.

Aqua Verde is in Marathon, a Florida Keys town with a good mix of outdoor activities and low-key island pace.

The Seven Mile Bridge connects the Middle Keys to the Lower Keys and is one of the more recognizable landmarks in the area. It's a good spot for fishing, bird watching, or a scenic walk.
