A brand new custom-built two-story waterfront Florida Keys home, with upscale décor and a modern coastal feel. It's the ideal locale for busy executives, families, retirees, and vacationers alike. Located on the desirable Gulf side of Marathon, The Azul Sea Estate is a beautiful waterfront estate situated in a new community, Latitude 24, nestled on the end of a quiet street.

The 1st floor main house has a bright & airy open floor plan with a gourmet kitchen, family dining area, living room, and bathroom. Enjoy amazing sunsets on the large balcony overlooking the pool and spa with beautiful water views! The chef’s kitchen is stocked with everything you may need and extras such as a Keurig coffee maker, high performance blender, toaster oven, tools for BBQ grilling, and a variety of indoor/outdoor dishware.

The 2nd floor features 3 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms and a game room. All three (3) bedrooms have premium King size beds and 43” flat screen TV’s. Each bedroom extends out onto a beautiful private balcony which overlooks the waterfront. We provide all bed linens, bath, and pool towels. The game room is equipped with a card table, poker game set, various board games, and a arcade game machine with 500 classic games like Pac-Man, Donkey Kong, etc. There’s also a sleeper sofa perfect for relaxing or may be used as an additional bed.

The 2nd floor attached guest house accommodates private living quarters featuring two (2) king bedrooms w/ attached balconies, a kitchenette, full bathroom, breakfast nook, and beautiful living space w/ a large 55" flat screen TV. This suite is accessible by way of a private outdoor entrance under the covered porch.

The ground floor boasts an expansive covered brick paver patio and pool area on the water side overlooking the Gulf. The covered patio area has a propane grill for BBQs, and a large custom table with a beverage cooler insert and dining chairs for al fresco dining. An additional conversation area has a wicker sofa & chairs providing lots of space for guests. An inviting setting for family and friends of all ages. There are many fun outdoor activities such as the billiards, darts, bicycles, and kayaks. The pool shelf has two floating loungers w/ an umbrella for shade & relaxing. Additional loungers outside the pool are perfect for sunbathing.

There’s ample room in our driveway to park several cars as well as a boat trailer or RV. The two (2) dock spaces are 20’ each and large enough for three (3) boat slips. If you are bringing a watercraft, we will grant you access to a private boat ramp we own located on the end of the road. This private ramp is only available on Saturday’s during check-in & check-out from 10am-4pm.

The Azul Sea Estate is a family home and was not built or designed as a rental property, and consequently reflects the attention to detail often lacking on today's rental market. With its own airport and easy access to the Overseas Highway no matter where you are, getting around town—or traveling beyond it—is extremely convenient.

There are several marinas nearby that offer boat rentals or fishing charters, should this be necessary for you. The city’s main marina is Marathon City Marina, but you can also use Safe Harbor Marathon, Sombrero Marina, Faro Blanco Marina, or even The Boat House Marina in the east.
Marathon is great for those who love the outdoors! Marathon has its own golf course (Florida Keys Country Club), but the city is perhaps most notable for Sombrero Beach: A gorgeous, white sand stretch that’s great for swimming, relaxing, and playing sports. The best place to see Florida's nature and wildlife is snorkeling at the Sombrero reef, although it is noted that those who do so are asked not to touch the coral.

For more relaxing outdoor activities, Oceanfront Park is a great little spot to hang out with the whole family. Kids will also enjoy Children’s Rotary Park and Marathon Skate Park.
