This home has two levels of living areas. Upstairs includes 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, with the living room, dining area, and kitchen. With decks on both sides of the house. One is the morning porch and the other is the sunset porch. Upstairs has a king-size and a queen-size bed.

Downstairs includes two bedrooms, a bath, and a laundry area. Outdoor spaces which include a large pool and Outdoor hot tub/jacuzzi. Dock and fish cleaning station.

This property is dog friendly, so you are required to select the pet fee option when booking if you are bringing a dog. All dogs must be approved prior to booking. There are breed restrictions due to insurance reasons. Dogs 60lbs or less allowed - must be pre-approved. Pet fee is non-refundable & taxable. If you are booking onAirbnb~ the pet fee will be asked for after booking as it will not be included in the total cost. The fee is based on the breed.

Check-in is 4 pm on the day of arrival

Check out is 10 am on the day of departure
