Ennalta remontoitu huoneisto. Uudistamme tÀmÀn yksikön toukokuussa. MeillÀ on rakentaminen puhdistettu yksikkö, matot on shampooed ja on mukava uusi king-vuode isÀntÀ. KeittiössÀ on kaikki mitÀ tarvitset lomallesi mukaan lukien Keurig. Tarjolla on rantatuoleja, pyyhkeitÀ ja sateenvarjo. On kaapeli ja langaton. Katsokaa tarkasti kuvia, olemme joutuneet poistamaan joitakin sisÀÀnrakennettuja huonekaluja, ja koristeluun on tÀllÀ hetkellÀ keskityttÀvÀ minimiin. Puhtaus ja sijainti ovat kuitenkin huippuluokkaa. Jos etsit upeaa sijaintia, vastapÀÀtÀ rantaa auringonlaskunÀkymillÀ ja olet valmis menettÀmÀÀn ylelliset kalusteet jne., TÀmÀ voisi olla ihanteellinen vuokra sinulle. Beautiful apartment and amazing Host

Our family usually chooses Marco Island as the destination vacation spot as it is easily a hour and half drive for everyone. Most stay in the JW Marriott and others (older crowd), choose San Marco Residence because of the home away from home amenities it provides. We have rented many of these properties for over 10 years with different owners. Kathy, the owner of this property was amazing, quick to respond to every question I had. The apartment was extremely clean, well lit, fully stocked, had beach chair, cart and umbrella for beach goers. The decor was so perfect and in good taste. Air conditioner was wonderful, the view across of the street was perfect in the mornings. Kitchen had pots, pans, dishes, cups, great silverware, and a small cabinet full of items that were "pay it forward" from previous renters. We did not use any of the cutlery nor plates, as we brought own, and left it as well, to add to the "pay it forward" pile. All in all, definitely, will be renting again, next year. Again, the owner, was so pleasant and so easy going. She was the sweetest.

Great location, condo was updated and beautifully decorated, all the necessities you may need in a rental were available, and a responsive owner that made sure to check in and see if your stay was going well. I would definitely rent from Kathy again! We had a wonderful trip!

Nicely appointed condo. Terrific location near the beach. Comfortable. Nice views. A little noisy, even on the weekend, with construction going on. Not a large nuisance, but noticeable. Overall, a very positive experience and very recommendable.

Perfect Location

This condo had everything we needed to make for a wonderful vacation. The only downside was the ongoing construction which resulted in debris everywhere and the tennis courts were closed but this was no fault of the owner. The owner was great with communication and we would rent here again.

Excellent experience!

Kathy, the host, was wonderful. We arrived into town early that morning, and although check in wasn't until 4pm, she accommodated us to let us leave our luggage in the condo so we didn't have to lug it around with us all day. The condo was clean, well decorated, and everything we expected from the advertising and photos. Would definitely recommend!

Wonderful stay

We have stayed at several apartments here & this has been by far our favorite! Everything is new and so clean. The apartment has everything you can think to need- I felt so at home. My 11 year old loved having her own little room. Will definitely be staying here again.

Amazing accommodations!

We had the most amazing vacation in Marco Island and this beautiful, updated condo really made the trip! We had plenty of room with our 3 year old son and our infant daughter. The condo had everything you need from towels and sheets to laundry detergent and shampoo, which made traveling with small children so much easier! The location couldn’t be better with a quick walk to the most beautiful beach and plenty of amazing restaurants right in walking distance. The hosts were so helpful every step of the way and we can’t wait to come back!

Exactly what the doctor ordered!

Our stay in this beautiful condo was exactly what the doctor ordered to combat the winter blues and welcome a sunny spring in 2023. And, the property was exactly as promised on VRBO with updated decor, a well-appointed kitchen and beach equipment. Accessing the gorgeous Marco beaches was as easy as crossing the street (literally!). The owners were very responsive during our stay to questions and last minute requests. We look forward to renting this condo again!

Perfect Marco Island condo! We took a short weekend trip to Marco Island. We have stayed at many condos up and down the East coast. This was the BEST one we have stayed in. The kitchen is fully stocked. The decor is perfectly coastal. The host provided beach towels, chairs, etc. The location is immediately across the street from a public access to the beach. It is a very short distance from the JW Marriott to allow for use of some of their amenities (food, drink, restrooms). We even saw a fire dancer right after sunset! I can’t wait to come back when we can stay longer. The host was very responsive to inquiries.

Excellent location

My family and I really enjoyed staying at Kathy's condo. The location was perfect, just a 3-minute walk to the beach! The condo was nicely decorated and fully equipped with everything we needed. Kathy was an amazing host, very responsive, and provided us with beach chairs and umbrellas. We were traveling with our two kids, ages 5 and 7, and they had a fantastic time. If we ever have the chance to go back, we would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!
