90F saltwater pool with boat trailer storage & 10K pound boat lift

Everything you could need is provided in this comfortable home with desirable SW exposure and direct access to the gulf. New addition of free boat storage on property. We have a gravel side yard with a gate to block the sight of the trailer from the road per Marco regulations. A boat lift and floating jet dock are available for easy use of kayaks and paddleboards. Pool is set to 90 F
Upgraded beds, we now have 2 queen Casper mattresses and 1 king Casper mattress. House is tiled throughout.

Please note:a saltwater pool doesn’t mean salt water like the ocean. It uses electrolysis to convert salt to chlorine and it is a much gentler system than chlorine tabs. It is constantly treating the pool versus a shock every week like normal pool maintenance.

We provide keyless entry for self-check in with a keypad on either the front door or garage door. Let us know what 4 digit code you would prefer, I change the code between guests.

The house is 2590 sq ft and can easily be shared as there are 2 living areas. One side of the house has 1 large bedroom with two queen beds and a pool bath. The other side of the house has 2 bedrooms with a king bed in each room. Each bedroom has their own bathroom.

The pool is oversized (30’ x 15’) for Marco and heated to 90 degrees. You won't be able to adjust the temperature as it is controlled by an aqualink account through wifi.

All doors have alarms for peace of mind, they can easily be turned on or off, depending on your needs. Mostly, it's an added level of security to prevent small children from swimming unsupervised.

The entire house is accessible to you during your stay. The only visitors that may come during your stay are the weekly pool guy and weekly lawn service. Pool is supposed to come on Thursdays and yard service is supposed to come on Fridays.


Great, quiet, kid-friendly, biking neighborhood. Close to the Marco River, direct access.

4 adult cruising bikes are provided. There are several bike rental companies on the island as well. Guests are able to bike the entire island with extra wide sidewalks in many areas.

Distance to Marco Island South Beach Entrance: 3.9 miles
Distance to Tigertail Beach Entrance: 4 miles

If you bring your boat, there is a boat lift available for your use. The lift supports boats up to 10,000 lbs and it designed for V-Hull boats. We only ask that you are careful with the remote for the lift as it costs $150 to replace and we would have to use part of your deposit to get a new remote. The remote breaks easily if dropped or exposed to moisture. We always leave the remote in a Ziploc bag and bring the remote inside after every boat trip to curtail damage to the remote.
If you bring your boat by trailer, Marco Island mandates that the trailer not be visible from the road or canal. It can either be kept in the garage or stored in the side yard. We have a gravel area for the trailer and a retractable screen to block the view of the trailer from the road, which is a Marco rule.

There is a noise ordinance on Marco Island, so please be respectful of the neighbors.

Only 3 cars allowed for parking, 1 in the garage and 2 in the driveway. Marco Island doesn’t allow parking in the swales or across the sidewalks.
