Amazing auringonlaskuja omalta Spa, uima-allas ja Dock!

Kaunis Omakotitalo 3 makuuhuoneen koti lopussa erittäin hiljaisella kadulla (kärki paljon). Valtava erä, erittäin suuri ja laaja näköala kanavalle. Katso auringonlaskua suoraan allas, poreallas, tai telakka. Keittiö oli äskettäin päivitetty ruostumattomasta teräksestä laitteet ja graniittiset. Suuret liukuvat lasiovet tarjoavat upeat vesi näkymät lähes joka huoneessa. Voit nauttia valtava king size-vuode makuuhuoneessa on oma kylpyhuone. Toisessa makuuhuoneessa on erittäin mukava queen size-vuode. Kolmas makuuhuone on pari erillistä vuodetta kahdella vyöryä vuodetta. Toinen kylpyhuone on valtava kulkea suihku. On täysikokoinen uusi etupainoisuus korkea hyötysuhde pesukone ja kuivaaja. Keittiö on täysin varustettu kaikki, mitä tarvitset. Tilava Lanai, jossa on paljon mukavat istuimet. Neljä aikuisten polkupyörää, 2 lasta polkupyörää, 2 (2seater) kajakkeja ja kalastus sauvat auttaa sinua on hauskaa loman aikana.

Great Stay!

This house was exactly as advertised. We had a wonderful stay and especially enjoyed the huge lanai. So much room for our family to hang out and enjoy the pool and hot tub!

This is the second time we have stayed here and it was equally as lovely. Owners are fabulous to deal with and the location is great for watersports and the beach. Lots of games for kids and everything you could need in any family home.

Great location - home from home.

The property is in excellent condition and well maintained, with everything you need and more. This is the place to be for peace and quiet but with in easy access of shops, beaches and places to eat, with the option of making use of the BBQ while watching the sun set. We had the most amazing time and would definitely recommend this property.

Amazing view with all the amenities!

Our family totally enjoyed our time in Marco Island. We loved biking in the morning, kayaking in the evening, and eating dinner outside by the pool. We even got to see dolphins several times in the canal. I would highly recommend this super clean house with all the amenities.

Everything you need

Tracy and Susan have the property fully loaded with kayaks, beach items, fishing equipment and more. The location is great and the property is very clean. Plan on coming back.

Best Vacation Ever

We just came back home from staying in this wonderful place and can't stop talking about how awesome it was. Location of the property is perfect and with the large pool and canal in the back yard my kids were over the moon. House is very spacious, super clean and has everything you need for a very comfortable stay. Everything from booking to leaving and everything in between was made very easy. We are gonna be back. Family Vacation

The pictures are great, but rental is better in-person! Direct prompt/communication to owner was great too. We had a few minor suggestions to the owner, for future renters....but extremely low priority items. You won't go wrong with this selection/great location and canal access.

Beautiful Oasis Property

Beautiful property! Very impressed with how stocked the house was. Kayaks, bikes, full kitchen, linens, towels, you name it! Everything was labeled in the house which was very helpful. Very well maintained property. The sunsets are phenomenal from the deck. Quick turnaround on responses to questions about the house from the owners. Would definitely recommend this property.

Marco Island Retreat

Due to Covid we wanted our own private space where our multigenerational family could stay-cation. This beautifully decorated, spacious and clean house had so many amenities we were never bored. We cooked most of our meals and the kitchen was well stocked with all the necessities and more. There was lots of space to hang out inside and out. We enjoyed the pool, jacuzzi, the dock, the bikes and kayaks. Everything was well labeled with instructions. Would definitely book again.

Perfect house for our family of 6

We came in January and had a great trip. The first few days were colder than normal, and the owner proactively reached out because he didn’t think the pool was staying warm enough. Our kids didn’t care about the cold temp, but I really appreciated that he reached out. Great kitchen, great outdoor area, and the location is close to restaurants and grocery stores.

Wonderful Stay!

Thank you for the great stay at your home this week. We truly had a great time. The home was wonderful and exactly what you advertised! We truly loved sitting out each evening enjoying the outside seating area. The view was beautiful. This is the first time we have visited the Island and I can say we fell in love with both your home and the Island. You were great to respond to all of my questions. Perfect!

The Juels' home was absolutely perfect for our stay. The house is well maintained, clean and beautifully decorated. It offered lots of different areas to spend time (pool, kitchen, living room, dinning areas, dock). The family particularly enjoyed all that was available to do right in and around the house. The pool was a huge hit, of course, but so were the bikes and sea kayaks. We had a wonderful experience kayaking with the dolphins in Factory Bay one morning. If we return to Marco Island, we know where we are going to stay. Stacy Juels is also great with communicating along the way. Thanks for everything!

Great place in Marco Island

Second stay and everyine enjoyed the week. Couple of minor fixes that were being handled. House is being built next door but hardly knew workers were there. Only concern is there are no cleaning supplies provided. Everywhere else usually has a small bottle of dawn, windex or wipes. They brought us some wipes but there really weren't the necessary items to clean the floor or keep the unit tidy during the week. All in all, we would definently stay again. Great location and nice pool and dock.

Amazing Home!

This house is amazing! We spent most of our time in the pool and spa area! The seating area by the pool is so nice. A good place to hang out in the shade. Just a very relaxing place. The master bed is so comfortable. Everything was so clean. The sunsets were beautiful. We loved being by the canal. It was very peaceful and quiet. Tracy and Susan are the best! They made sure we had everything that we needed. Marco Island is a beautiful place. Very laid back. We loved going to the beach! The Speakeasy was our favorite place to eat. Breakfast at Nene's Kitchen was also very good. I would highly recommend this home.

Perfect house- the view!

Every summer we take our family vacation and always rent a house either in the beach or mountains and this place has EXCEEDED our expectations. First the Jules have done an excellent job at keeping this home very convenient for vacation. They were always accessible to us. The house has all the amenities needed. Top of the line kitchen appliances, Plenty of room to cook. Beds were super comfortable. Towels, beach items, bicycles, kayak, etc . The dock was a plus, spend the afternoon and early morning fishing. The view from the pool is breathtaking. We went to turtle beach, which has easy access, convenient parking and had dinner at sunset deck. Highly recommend this location for your next vacation . We are definitely coming back

Wonderful house for a family trip

We stayed at the house between Christmas and New Years and it was wonderful. Our boys (4 and 6) spent almost all of their time in the pool. And what they didn't spend in the pool was spent fishing off the back dock, building Legos with the giant bin of Legos at the house or playing games in the well stocked games shelf. There was also an extremely well stocked kitchen that was wonderful for us and allowed us to grill or cook meals at home most nights. The owners were incredibly nice and super responsive. We inquired about heating the pool and 15 minutes later, someone was there to turn it on for us! The house had everything we needed to spend a wonderful fun, relaxing week with our family and it was lovely, clean and very up to date. Would definitely recommend!

Fabulous stay in Marco Island!

This property felt like home! That means a lot to us because we want to feel like we can bring our family to a clean and safe place. The house looks like the pictures. That doesn’t always happen! It was very quiet and a private location. The one neighbor we did see waved at us as we drove by. We immediately felt like we were welcome in this VRBO. All of the basics plus extras were provided at this home. My son was excited to try the Kitchenaid blender to bake since we don’t have one at home. The views were awesome. We lived in the pool and hot tub. It was clean and beautiful. So nice to relax and enjoy. Would definitely come back to this home and Marco island!

Relaxing and peaceful oasis

I recently stayed here with a group of friends and we were blown away by the beautiful views we experienced while vacationing, swimming, and enjoying this gorgeous property. It was fully stocked with everything we needed to have a comfortable stay and was just a short ride from the beach, enabling us to ride the bicycles available at the house and really enjoy the scenery. We had plenty of fresh towels, comfy blankets, and the decor was very homey. Susan was extremely responsive to all our questions and we had an incredibly relaxing and seamless stay. The enclosed patio area is a perfect spot to enjoy snacks and meals by the pool and the spa was a great way to pass the time in the evenings and take in a breathtaking sunset over the water. Between the prime location near beaches and restaurants and the impressive amenities, this rental really lets you take advantage of all that Marco Island has to offer and exceeded our expectations. We will definitely be staying here again in the future and would recommend it without hesitation!

Great family home

Wonderful home with great views as you can tell from the pictures from the lanai. Huge modern kitchen with a humongous kitchen table which we used often for family games. We actually had 10 people around the table. Grandkids spent all their time either in the pool or hot tub, or playing games on the table in the lanai. The 2 double kayaks were real treats for the kids and we tried fishing, but had no luck. Did see dolphins on several occasions. Tracy was always attentive to any questions or situations that came up and answered our emails within a few hours, if not immediately. We really enjoyed the quiet of being on the end of a cul de sac.

Home away from home!

My family and I had an amazing vacation here at Marco Island. The owner of the house always returned my emails promptly if I had any questions. I have to say the house was perfect for my partner, 3 kids and I, The house was very clean and well maintained. We definitely felt like we had everything we needed right at the house. They had a beautiful kitchen to cook in if we didn't feel like going out, the grill was nice because they had a dining set up right on the patio. The pool and hot tub were awesome, we spent every day and night swimming or relaxing between doing fun things in Naples and Marco Island, the location was great. We drove to Naples quite often, which was only a 20-30min drive. The house was very spacious and perfect for all of us to be very comfortable. The Sunset view was completely amazing!! If we come back to Marco Island, I will definitely book this house again. We loved it and did not want to leave. Our little slice of heaven for a week. Definitely recommended. Theresa

A Relaxing Retreat

This was our first experience renting a private house for a week. The listing description definitely enhanced our decision to rent out this property and it was everything described. The house was beautifully decorated with updated appliances and the rooms were spacious. We spent most of our time outside. The covered patio had a huge table and chairs, living area with wicker furniture and of course the pool and hot tub. The scenery was just as described on line. The view of the canal and beautiful sunsets were nothing less than magnificent. This property is close to everything. I had several questions since we were first time renters and the owners answered each and every one within hours. They gave us suggestions for restaurants and hot spots. We enjoyed Tigertail and South Beach, Speak Easy and CJ’s on the Water. We usually venture out more but we enjoyed staying at the house so much it wasn’t a priority. I would definitely recommend this property to friends and relatives.
