Do not recommend this hotel

The hotel doesn’t look in good condition- it’s old and the view from the room even though I paid for full ocean view all you could see was a rooftop that was falling apart in pieces-not a nice view at all. The bed was extremely uncomfortable. The lobby staff was not friendly, he had AirPods the entire time and didn’t make the check in welcoming at all. The rugs and hallways smelled like the cleaning product “fabuloso.” Very strong smell and everything just looks worn out. Do not recommend this hotel. The only plus is the location- you can go walking to the restaurants and beach. Honestly, if I could give it 0 stars, I would.

Great place to stay in

Everything was great until late in the afternoon. Around 7 pm, I called the main desk. I asked for the specific hours of the restaurant in the hotel, but he didn't have any knowledge at all. He didn't know the hours of the other restaurants. They were provided at the hotel, and he didn't know the closing times or any of that information. He had to depend on others instead of knowing. That would be the only reason I'd give a 4 star, but other than that, this was amazing. I just suggest training the staff a little bit more. At least provide him with knowledge of the amenities that you guys provide so he can answer.

Ratchet owners on the beach blasting music. Construction noise without warning or apology. Sargasm smell coming from back. Valet was great. I’m sure it will be great come December when construction is done. But was not warned at all. Not appreciated.

We arrived at 3pm and was told room was being cleaned and ready at 4pm… so we went out ate lunch, and showed back up at 4pm. Room was not ready till 4:45 Room cleaning is done by putting a flag on the door at 8am to have it cleaned that day We did that Saturday morning and didn’t get the room cleaned till Sunday at 2pm We have stayed here 3 times total and it is a nice place to stay with great beach access… The service just is lacking in a couple areas but all in all a nice place to stay

The property was under construction, we knew this before hand . The price was a lot more affordable than other hotels because of this . The room was a great and quiet suite. When the construction is finished it should be wonderful, but then again prices will rise. Walked to the other hotels nearby and jw was dated and hilton was ok , aside from pool being closed it eas a good value.
