The only enjoyable part of the hotel was the view from our room. There were no employees to be found anywhere! The pool was closed and there was no notification from the hotel. There was no food or drink services in the hotel. Not even a vending machine.

We stay here every time we come to Marco island!! The rooms are great & the views are even better! Easy to get to the beach for seashelling or fun in the water.

Can't gush praise over the place

No room service, no shops or restaurants. Check in desk in the middle of a huge lobby was out of place looking. Like all the luxury hotels that dominate Marcos Island beaches, they allow valet parking only. So you're captured with few amenities by design.

Basic but many positives

There were many things i liked...the location is great and within walking distance to good restaurants, the view from the 12th floor is incredible, the water pressure in the shower is the best i have ever experienced, and the beach chairs and umbrellas are a nice amenity. It is not a typical hotel since there really isn't a front desk staff or daily cleaning except by request. The pool was also drained halfway during our stay which was disappointing (apparently it will be closed for the rest of the year). We enjoyed our stay but there are a lack of amenities that one should be aware of.

Great option for Marco Island

I thought the property was very nice with easy access to the beach and a convenient parking garage with easy in and out access. I would definitely recommend!

View was beautiful off balcony. No pool, no food, no cable tv, limited front desk availability, beach policy too restrictive, no beach towel service or restrooms. Dated decor, dangerous step onto balcony. No coffee in lobby, no incidentals shop available. Only one working elevator for huge hotel. No one available at check-out to discuss these issues and compensation thereof. Should have been told well in advance that pool was out of order. I truly think I should be refunded some of my money in recompense for these issues.
