You’ll savor the view of the tropical garden dotted with palm trees and the ocean blue sky extending as far as the eye can see. After a full day of tropical sun and fun, unwind with some entertainment on the television that comes equipped with cable. The summer kitchen features a granite countertop and all the modern appliances and cookware you need to prepare dinner.

The name of the building is “Sunset House North” for a very good reason. Every night, outside your window, the setting sun turns the sky bright orange. Use the kitchen blender to mix a couple tropical beverages then head down to the beach and enjoy the majestic sunset with your feet in the sand as the ocean breezes rustle the palm trees.

The unit offers all the amenities you need for your comfort and convenience, including air conditioning and heating, ceiling fans, free wi-fi, cable, linens, and towels. And since you’re only a few steps from the inviting ocean, you’ve also got beach essentials like beach towels, beach chairs, cooler, and umbrella.

The Sunset House North is situated in the midst of a thick green oasis of palm trees encircling a spacious heated pool. After a refreshing swim in the warm, sparkling water, relax on one of the palm-shaded sun loungers that line the pool deck or fire up a gas grill and enjoy a poolside barbeque. You can also enjoy the daily activities in the social room.

People drive for miles to visit the Paradise Coast, but you’re just a short walk away. Put on your flip-flops and cross the wooden walkway to the warm sands and endless activities. Go snorkeling alongside marine life. Wade through warm tide pools collecting shells. Or simply lie back and listen to the sound of breaking waves backed by a chorus of seagulls.

When you get hungry, a short walk takes you to some of Marco Island’s most popular restaurants, like Doreen’s Cup of Joe, Joey’s Pizza, and Thai Sushi by KJ.
