Both bedrooms are peaceful retreats, each furnished with a cozy queen bed to ensure a restful night. You will also find two full bathrooms, providing convenience for your group. Step out onto your private balcony to enjoy serene water views, or take advantage of the communal pool for a refreshing swim. Bedroom 1 features a queen bed and private space. Bedroom 2 includes a queen bed and ample storage. The unit also offers a laptop friendly workspace and family friendly amenities to make your stay seamless.



Guest Access:

During your stay, you will have full, private access to the entire two-bedroom condominium. This includes the open-concept living area, the fully equipped kitchen, two private bathrooms, and your own balcony with beautiful water views. In addition to your private space, you are welcome to enjoy the communal pool located on the property. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience, and you will have full access to our high-speed wireless internet and laundry facilities located within the building. One first come first serve boat slip is available upon request.

Getting Around:

Getting around Marco Island is most convenient by car, and we provide free parking on the premises for your vehicle during your stay. While the immediate neighborhood surrounding our condo is very pedestrian friendly and perfect for walking to the Snook Inn or local shops, a car is recommended for reaching the island beaches and exploring the wider area. For air travel, Southwest Florida International Airport in Fort Myers is the primary hub, typically located about an hour drive from our waterfront retreat.

Important information for your stay. Check in time is 16:00 and check out time is 10:00. Please note that this is a non smoking property and pets are not permitted. Events and parties are strictly prohibited to ensure a peaceful environment for all residents. Free parking is available on the premises for your convenience for one car only. Please do not bring more than one vehicle. Registration required. If you are interested in using the boat slip, please request this in advance as it is available on a first come first serve basis. Laundry facilities are located within the building for your use. We are available through the platform messaging system should you need any assistance during your visit.
